These Terms apply to all features and components of the Service, including the web application, API endpoints, and plugin/integration features.

• You must provide accurate account information when registering.
• You are responsible for safeguarding authentication credentials and API keys.
• We may suspend or restrict access if unauthorized or abusive use is detected.

• Free features may include usage limitations and watermark requirements.
• Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically by billing cycle.
• Plan details, pricing, and available features may change from time to time.

• Payments are processed via Stripe under Stripe's payment terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by you before renewal.
• After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, paid fees are non-refundable.

• Violating laws, regulations, public order, or these Terms.
• Unauthorized access, excessive request traffic, or service disruption.
• Infringing third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Improper sharing, transfer, or resale of issued API keys.
• Any action that interferes with operation or security of the Service.

Rights in the Service, including software, UI, branding, and documentation, belong to us or our licensors. Rights to content you provide (such as text and source images) remain with you or the original rights holder.

We may store and process service usage data for service delivery, operations, and abuse prevention. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service due to maintenance, outages, external dependency failures, or other operational reasons.

• The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or fitness.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
• If liability applies, it is limited to direct and ordinary damages.

We may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's principal place of business.
